Pro Wire and Cable Shipping and Returns Policy

All wire and cable orders over $750 are eligible for free Ground shipping to the continental US. Additional charges will apply for faster ship via options. All orders can be shipped using the customer's UPS or FedEx account by entering the account number and service during checkout.

2 Day Express - 2 Business Days by end of day.
Overnight - Next Business Day by 10:30 am.

All wire and cable orders under $750 will be charged estimated actual ground shipping and handling to the US continental 48 states. Actual charges will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call us at 847-612-2296 or email

All orders will be shipped UPS, FEDEX, or FEDEX Freight. Business days as defined by UPS and Fed Ex as Monday through Friday excluding the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve Day.

Foreign orders are only accepted if they are over $750 US. All foreign orders are paid by bank transfer. Freight for foreign orders is paid by using the customer's UPS or FedEx account or exporter pickup at our warehouse. We will complete EXWORKS paperwork only. All other customs paperwork is the customer's or exporter's responsibility.

Orders in by 2 p.m. CST will be shipped same day. Striping, twisting, paralleling, or lashing may delay shipments 1 -2 days.

Pro Wire and Cable is not responsible for claimed shortages on lengths once material is cut or altered in the field.

Any request for a return must be made within 60 days of the invoice date. Contact Pro Wire and Cable at to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Any items with special handling such as striped, twisted, paralleled or lashed are not eligible for return. Shipping or freight on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

No items will be accepted for return and credit without an RMA number.

Damaged freight claims should be made with the carrier and are not the responsibility of Pro Wire and Cable.
