At Pro Wire and Cable, our standard shipping options are provided by UPS.
We estimate charges at checkout based on order weight and service selected, then using our negotiated rates, we apply those charges to your order. Because we ship from over two dozen warehouses across the US, we use estimated shipping to determine the most cost effective rates for you. While our negotiated UPS rates are very good, charges are based on estimates, so they may be higher or lower than if you used your own UPS or FedEx account.
To ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories outside the continental US, customers are required to use their own UPS or FedEx account.
We do not currently ship internationally. International buyers must provide a delivery address of a freight forwarder in the US.
Using Your Own Shipping Account
To be certain your freight costs are as accurate as possible, you may enter your own UPS or FedEx account at checkout and specify the service level. Our estimated shipping charges are a useful guide, but they will not be the same as your actual charges. Your UPS or FedEx account will be charged when your product is packaged and the shipping label is printed.
If you elect to use your own shipping account, but you do not provide a valid UPS or FedEx account number and service level, we will not be able to process your order. We do not offer free shipping on orders under $1,000.
We will not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or other places outside the continental US without using your account.
Orders over $1000 are eligible for free Ground shipping to the continental US. Additional charges will apply for faster shipping options, or shipping outside the continental US.
All orders will be shipped UPS, FedEx, FedEx Freight, or a regional LTL carrier. Business days as defined by UPS and FedEx as Monday through Friday excluding the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve Day.
Same Day Shipping
Orders received and confirmed by 2:00PM Central Time usually ship same day. We operate out of some very large warehouses, so the earlier you place your order, the more likely it is to ship that day. If you require same day shipping, please call or Contact Us so we can work with fulfillment to ensure it's picked, cut, packed and ready to go. Striping, twisting, paralleling, or lashing may delay shipments 1 -2 days.
Shortages, Damage and Returns
Pro Wire and Cable is not responsible for claimed shortages on lengths once material is cut or altered in the field.
Any request for a return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Contact Us or email us at support[at]prowireandcable.com to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Any items with special handling such as striped, twisted, paralleled or lashed are not eligible for return. Shipping or freight on all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
No items will be accepted for return and credit without an RMA number.
Damaged freight claims should be made with the carrier and are not the responsibility of Pro Wire and Cable.
