During this time of rapid change and uncertainty due to the spread of coronavirus, we want to let you know how changes to our service may impact you.
Every portion of our supply chain has been designated "essential," and therefore will remain open until further notice.
We are Operating Normal Business Hours
As a business that operates primarily online and by phone, we are still available 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Central Time. While we do often respond to inquiries outside those hours and on weekends, you can expect timely responses during business hours.
Our Suppliers are Experiencing Some Slight Delays
We source from about two dozen warehouses across the US. That gives us great flexibility and resilience. To date, we have had at least one warehouse close for a day for deep cleaning. Otherwise, all warehouses are open and shipping daily.
Out of an abundance of caution, some warehouses are operating at less than full capacity to limit interpersonal contact. Others are experiencing staff shortages due to employee self-isolation. Because we are all seeing a decrease in total order volume, the effects to new orders have been minimal. However, we are more likely to see orders take an extra day to fulfill and ship.
If we expect a delay longer than one day to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
UPS and FedEx have Suspended Service Guarantees
All pick ups and deliveries will continue as normal, pending any local or national government restrictions. Because both UPS and FedEx are being stretched to the limit, they are suspending their service (money-back) guarantees for any expedited shipping level. You may also notice standard shipments taking longer to arrive.
This is a trying time for all of us. It will test us in ways we haven't been tested before. We wish you, your family, and your business safe passage through these uncharted waters.
