Belden 1855A-007 Coax - Sub-Miniature 23 AWG PE/GIFHDPE SH FR PVC Violet

This 23 gauge 1 conductor subminiature cable is a rated SDI cable that stands for Serial Digital Interface. It has a polyethylene foam insulation with a Duofoil shield and a PVC jacket. The Duofoil shield, made of an aluminum/polyester/aluminum laminate, covers the core of the cable and provides a 100% coverage. This shield protects the conductor from noise interference, gives extra insulation, is light-weight, and sturdy. On top of that is a tinned copper braid shield that gives 95% coverage for even greater protection. Some applications for this cable include: digital video, 6 Gb/s UHDTV, and HD-SDI 1080p
